Visit the nearby large sandy beaches, including the adjacent South Milton Sands, which is safe for bathing. Explore hidden coves; look out for the remains of a shipwreck at low tide!

Surfing, coastal walks, fishing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, rock pooling, bird watching and golf are on offer within a few minutes of Ten Oceans Edge. Or perhaps you would prefer a river-cruise from Dartmouth, or a trip to the market town of Kingsbridge with its excellent farmers market

Come and stay at any time of year. In Spring the weather is mild and sunny, beaches and coastal paths as yet uncrowded the hedgerows are alive with colour, coastal walks are scented with wild garlic and lobster is coming into season. In autumn the weather is still warm, tourists have gone but the beaches and coastal walks are flooded with gentle sun. Visit the Eden Project or the Lost Gardens of Heligan in peace
